D. Imad Hussein Professor of Vascular Surgery Ain Shams University was elected for the fourth time in a row as Vice President of the International Union for the science of blood vessels.
As Egypt was elected as the first Vice-President of the International Society for Vascular Surgery in New York and won the first prize for the best case of catheter interventional treatment for the treatment of peripheral arterial blockage in the competition held in the city was a French research conference, attended by doctors from 32 countries.
